YEMIISI Return Policy

While we take great care to ensure each piece meets our quality standards, we understand there may be rare occasions when you need to make a return. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

For International Customers

Return Window:

You may return eligible items within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility:

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all packaging intact.
  2. Sale items and customized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  1. We offer refunds to your original payment method upon request.
  2. We do not offer direct exchanges; simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping:

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
  2. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return:

  1. Email customerrelations@yemiisi.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship via a tracked courier and retain proof of postage.

For Customers in Nigeria

Return Window:

  1. Lagos: 3 business days from delivery.
  2. Other states: 5 business days from delivery.

  2. Sale items and customized orders are final sale.
  3. Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  1. We offer refunds to the original payment method.
  2. We do not offer direct exchanges; simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping:

  1. Customers cover return delivery fees, except for faulty or incorrect items.
  2. Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

  2. Approved returns must be sent via a courier.
  3. Include proof of purchase and keep a record of your return tracking.

Important Notes for All Returns

  1. Returns must pass our quality check before a refund is issued.

  3. YEMIISI is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
