While we take great care to ensure each piece meets our quality standards, we understand there may be rare occasions when you need to make a return. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
For International Customers
Return Window:
You may return eligible items within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all packaging intact.
- Sale items and customized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- We offer refunds to your original payment method upon request.
- We do not offer direct exchanges; simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Return:
- Email customerrelations@yemiisi.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.
- Ship via a tracked courier and retain proof of postage.
For Customers in Nigeria
Return Window:
- Lagos: 3 business days from delivery.
- Other states: 5 business days from delivery.

- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items and customized orders are final sale.
- Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- We offer refunds to the original payment method.
- We do not offer direct exchanges; simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping:
- Customers cover return delivery fees, except for faulty or incorrect items.
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
How to Return:

- Approved returns must be sent via a courier.
- Include proof of purchase and keep a record of your return tracking.
Important Notes for All Returns
- Returns must pass our quality check before a refund is issued.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and approving the return.
- YEMIISI is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
